We are Dr. Tricia Schwartz-Smith and Dr. Tracy J. Smith, a husband and wife team that has been practicing Chiropractic and Acupuncture in Sioux Falls since 2001.

25 years of clinical experience has produced a level of knowledge and expertise that gives our patients confidence in our ability to handle their problems.  We'll take our time, listen to your history, and use our skill-set to address your problems and find a solution.  We see a wide variety of patient types here with all kinds of issues from the typical spinal aches and pains we all have to very complex neurological conditions.  

We'll say this humbly but yet confidently, our clinic is well known for being one of the very best acupuncture clinics in Sioux Falls.  We were among the first in this region to do a significant amount of acupuncture and Dr. Tricia is widely recognized for her expertise in fertility; helping people increase odds of conception, helping with breached babies, and induction.  

We also deal with a large portion of veterans helping them with chronic pain management, working with the local VA, providing chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy services to veterans in desperate need of help.  This is something dear to our hearts and a big part of our mission.  

Our clinic consists of individual treatment rooms, it is not an open room concept. We believe in privacy and one on one time with our providers. We do not double book our appointment times, your appointment time is reserved for you alone so our wait times are as minimal as possible. We understand the value of your time. 

While we value a minimalist approach to relying on medications, we work in conjunction with your medical providers, not against them.  Modern medicine is incredible and we believe our role is adjacent to theirs in serving our patients.  We freely refer with many medicinal disciplines as we see that provides the greatest benefit to those we serve.
