Vitamins:
We utilize pharmaceutical grade vitamins in our office and feel you should get what you pay for in a supplement. Our products are 3rd party certified to ensure what it says on the label is what is in the supplement. This means the products have a high bioavailability, which essentially means you will absorb most of it. A cheap and poor supplement is not useful to your body if you only absorb 5% of it. Our products will ensure a high 90 percentile bioavailability.
We perform individual assessments based on your health history to help provide you the the optimal vitamin program.
Herbs:
The herbs we use are pre-formulated compounds that are specifically used after careful assessment of your health pattern. These herbal formulas are safe and effective and we are careful not to use any formulas when contraindicated by a particular condition you have or prescription medication you are on.
Diet:
A healthy diet is the KEY to living your life to its fullest potential. Without a healthy diet, you can never achieve total health. You cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet. Your diet should consist of smaller portions with frequent meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism high.
We utilize the Body by Vi meal shake replacement system as well as a Nutri hCG kit to help assist people with managing their weight. Both of these systems encourage a healthy diet and teach you how to eat the right amount to obtain your ideal weight.
Blood Tonifying Foods:
In addition to be Doctors of Chiropractic, we are trained in Acupuncture. In Acupuncture, a principle concept is that of Qi (pronounced Chee).
